Free Shipping on Domestic Orders Over $100.

Shipping policy

We here at LA Capa Customs strive to provide the best airsoft upgrade parts, manufacture the best quality and priced products, and provide outstanding customer service and order fulfillment. Please take a moment to review our Shipping Policies and Guidelines:

NOTE: for all return orders, please ship the items to: LA Capa Customs, 6421 Southwest Blvd, Benbrook, Texas 76132.

 

Shipping Terms:

  • Typically, all orders that do not contain pre ordered items will be packed the next day and be given to the shipping carrier.  We advertise this and achieve this most of the time, but in rare cases when we are backed up or employees are out of town, it could take a couple days longer for an order to ship out.
  • All orders are shipped using free shipping are done through USPS First Class, or USPS Priority/UPS Ground for heavier orders.

 

Package Protection with Route:

  • All packages have the opportunity to be covered by Route protection.  This is $0.98 for orders under $100, or 3% for orders over $100.  If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, please go directly through Route for all claims and they will process it accordingly.
  • For customers that choose to not have their packages insured with Route, if their order is lost, damaged, or stolen, we are not to be held liable and cannot do anything about this situation.

 

International Orders:

  • We will not be held liable to pay any tariffs or taxes on imported goods that are charged to the customer.
  • For international package insurance, Route provides protection just like for domestic orders.  All determinations for refunds and lost packages will be made by Route.  If an order makes it to customs and gets seized or lost, Route should cover this, but we are not liable if they do not.
  • We mark all international orders with HS code 9503000090 and as “Collectible Toy Parts”.  We can mark international declarations down to 25% of the original value, but we are not held liable for doing so if a matching invoice and proof of payment is required.
