        We here at LA Capa Customs strive to provide and make the best hi capa parts, custom builds, and customer services. Please take a moment to review our Return Policy and Guidelines:

  • For individual parts that are ordered, the customer has 14 days upon receiving the product to return it if they are unsatisfied. Orders cancelled before they are shipped will receive a full refund. All returned products must be in the original packaging and new condition, and the customer will be liable for all return shipping fees. Additionally, there will be a 10% restocking fee (in addition to the payment processing fees) deducted for unopened products if you wish to have the money refunded to your original payment method.  The customer is also able to receive a coupon code for 100% of the order amount (minus the payment processing fees) that is being returned. All individual items that are returned damaged are not eligible for a refund.
  • For customs builds, once the customer’s build is complete, the customer will be emailed with pictures, a shooting video, and a chrono test video before sending out. If one decides to cancel a custom build before it is sent to our tech, we treat it as individual parts and will refund the entire order. We do not offer refunds on custom builds once they are sent to our builders to be completed; however, if the build malfunctions in the first 10 days of use and it is not a user-caused problem, the customer may send in their gun to us to be fixed free of charge.
  • For pre ordered items, if the customer wishes to cancel their order before it is shipped out, there will be a 10% restocking fee on the entire order, and the refund will be issued back to the original payment method. The customer is also able to receive a coupon code for 100% of the order total. In certain cases, if an item’s estimated time of arrival exceeds 4 weeks from what it is originally estimated and stated, the customer is eligible to receive a full direct refund.
  • For pre builds, upon the purchase of a pre build, the customer will be emailed with a shooting video and chrono test. We do not offer refunds on pre builds, but if the build malfunctions in the first 10 days of use and it is not a user-caused problem, the customer may send in their gun to us to be fixed free of charge.
  • For sent in guns to be worked on, there will be a flat rate of $80 for the first 2 hours of labor, and an additional $30 an hour for additional time. The customer will be responsible for any items needed/added, as well as for shipping costs.
  • When given store credit, the customer will receive a coupon code that gives them a specific monetary value off of any items/services in our store.
